Finished size, yarn amounts and time estimates are guides. Your results will vary with yarn brand, fiber, hook and tension. Always make a gauge swatch for fitted items.
Safety for babies and children
- Use safety eyes only for children over 3, and embroider eyes for younger children.
- Secure all parts tightly and check handmade toys regularly for wear.
- Avoid long cords, ties and loose loops on baby items.
- Never leave a baby unsupervised with a blanket or toy in the crib.
Handmade items are not tested to toy safety standards. Use your judgment and supervise young children.
